Omaha Holiday Lights Family Festival - Ice Sculptures

The clock tower on the main Conagra campus is the backdrop for the Holiday Lights Festival.

Looking to the west-northwest from the campus.  Hot chocolate stand in the foreground and downtown Omaha in the background.

In Nebraska, you can even get your ice-cubes super-sized

Time for a free trolley ride around the city.

Although not particularly cold on this day it was nice to have a heated trolley car.

Views of some the buildings in Downtown Omaha while o n the trolley.

Some of the finished ice carvings that were on display.  This one was an entire living room complete with fireplace (Fake flames keep the ice from melting)

What do you get when you mix a guy shaving ice off of large ice blocks and kids with paper cups....Answer:  Slightly discolored sno-cones. (see below)

Clock says its time for more hot chocolate.

Why is this guy smiling so much??? (See below for answer)

Why....because he has a big back pack of Swiss Miss hot chocolate on his back.

And after a hard day of pounding down the hot chocolates you may decide you have had too many if you start seeing these guys.
